Sr National Tournament Finally Enjoys Good Weather
This past weekend, Tigard Jr. Baseball hosted 13 Sr. National teams. 27 games were played on the 3 fields at Tigard High School. It was a total team effort for Tigard with:
- High School parents on the grill
- Jr. Baseball parents in the snack shack
- Varsity players umpiring
- Jr. Baseball players announcing
- Jr. Baseball coaches grooming the fields
- and our own Tigard team taking 4th place!
A big thanks to everyone that helped!
We had nothing but compliments by the end of the tournament. Here are just a few:
"I just wanted to tell you again how much my team enjoyed playing in your tournament this weekend, and what a great time we all had."
Best regards,
Mark Hinrichs West Linn
"Want to let you know that we had a great experience at the tournament. The association umpires were great, the high school players that helped umpire were very pleasant and worked great with the pro umps, and everyone associated with your event that we had any contact with were very kind and approachable. Great job! Thanks for all your hard work."
